How much notice do you need for a cake?
We take orders with at least 2-3 days’ notice.

How will I be notified when my order will be ready?
We will notify you by email when your order is ready. You can pickup in our Dublin store. You'll have provide  your order number at the counter, which you can find in your order confirmation email. 

Are your products Gluten or nut-free? 
Our products are not Gluten free. We do not use nuts in most of our products, but we handle nuts in the kitchen, specifically: peanuts and walnuts. We wouldn’t recommend you ordering from us if you have a severe allergy to any nuts or gluten.

Do you ship cakes?
We don't ship cakes because it's a sensitive product. We ship through Ireland the rest of products of our website.
